When looking for goldendoodle puppies for sale it is important to look
for the best goldendoodle breeders. There are three common types of
breeders, puppy mills / backyard breeders ( a puppy mill in the
making), hobby breeders, and professional breeder who have a
registered kennel and run it as a business. Below I will explain how
to spot a backyard breeder or puppy mil
Backyard breeders / puppy mills - these goldendoodle breeders are
looking for a quick buck, they don't really care about the health of
the dogs or the state of the kennel. Their main purpose is to produce
goldendoodle puppies and sell them. They will typically not take their
dogs to the vet unless it is life or death. They will also feed the
cheapest dog food to their dogs, and not give them regular exercise.
Here are a few signs of backyard breeders, and things to loom out for
Lots of puppies for sale, they always have puppies available for sale.
This is because they have a lot of dogs and breed them in every heat

Many goldendoodle breeders may offer doodles and mini doodles, but if
the also have schnoodles, pomipoos, chipoos, pugapoos, malipoos and
all kinds of other breeds, look out!
They want to meet you somewhere
Puppy mills don't want you to see their kennel, they will meet you
somewhere to sell you the puppy. Good breeders will allow you to see
their kennel.
Cheap puppies
If your are getting a cheap goldendoodle then you should be asking
questions. There are a lot of costs involved in breeding
goldendoodles. Vet bills, food bills, health tests, vaccinations,
advertising, electricity and more. Puppy mills will produce a lot of
puppies as cheap as they can and sell them for whatever they can get.
Most reputable breeders sell their puppies for $1000 - $2000. You may
be able to get a goldendoodle for cheaper from a hobby breeder, which
I will talk about in another article.

I don't necessarily agree as I don't allow people just to visit and possibly track in outside diseases. I treasure my cleanliness and health of my puppies. I found people are very curious about seeing a Goldendoodle and will call me just to window shop. I can't allow that as I am very nervous about Parvo.
